SHIPPING & HANDLING
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of being received.
RIPT Skin Systems is a small business and while we work hard to get orders out quickly, we also wear a lot of hats around here. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier, RIPT Skin Systems is not responsible for shipping delays.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@riptskinsystems.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the courier and we are unable to change the delivery address.
Refunds will not be issued for address errors.
If a package is returned to sender due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, RIPT Skin Systems cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered. We recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance.
Damaged Packages
We do our best to ensure your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. However, once your package is with the courier, we are relying on their handling.
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@riptskinsystems.com with photographic proof within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
