HANDLING
We process orders next day. We are a small business and have many other things to do around here on top of shipping orders. To stay on top of the chaos, we process and ship all orders the business day after we receive them. We understand this may not be what you're used to from bigger providers *cough* Amazon *cough*, but it's how we've chosen to operate.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. If you notify us of an error before your order has shipped, we may be able to change it for you. Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service and there is very little we can do to change where it ends up.
Refunds will NOT be issued for address errors.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
We try our very best to ensure your order will arrive in the form we intended. However, once we ship your order, we are at the mercy of the postal system, and cannot be held responsible for the level of service they provide. If your package arrives damaged, please email info@riptskinsystems.com with photographic proof within 30 days. Once received we can then initiate a return or refund.
Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
