Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@riptskinsystems.com within 30 days of purchase with photographic proof of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@riptskinsystems.com for instructions before sending the product back.
Please note:
- The cost of return shipping and/or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
- All orders are shipped from Canada and must be returned to Canada.
- RIPT Skin Systems does not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping.
