Order Minimums
- Opening order: $300 MSRP min, must include 1+ case of the Hand Care Kit.
- Reorders: $150 MSRP min, any SKU combination.
- Full case packs only — no breaking cases.
- Free shipping on orders $750+ MSRP (contiguous US).
- Annual min: $1,500 to maintain account tier.
Terms & Policies
- Payment: Credit card up front. Net-30 available at Key Account tier with approved credit.
- Lead time: Ships within 3 business days of payment.
- MAP policy: Sell at MSRP ±10%. No Amazon / eBay / Walmart without written approval.
- Returns: Defective only, 30 days.
