What is your grindstone made of? I don't really like traditional pumice stones and was wondering how yours was different?

Great question! Here is our answer:

It’s a synthetic punice called foam glass. It’s lighter and more poreous than a natural vulcanic rock pumice. Our stone has been designed to function like fine grit sand paper. It works best when saturated with water.
